Base Family Membership
$250 per month
Covers two parents/guardians + all children under 18 living at the same address.Â
Additional Adult (age 18+)
$99 per month
Adds 30 minutes of consult time.
Individual Membership
$150 per month
Includes 45 minutes of consult time with the same discounts and priority scheduling.
